Services

Brother’s Route LLC provides same-day delivery and courier services throughout South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe counties).

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses
• Ensure packages are properly packed and labeled
• Be available or designate a recipient at the delivery address
• Not ship prohibited items (hazardous materials, illegal goods)

Pricing

Quotes provided through the app or website are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on actual distance, weight, and service requirements.

Liability

Brother’s Route LLC is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made before the driver picks up your package. Cancellations after pickup may incur a fee.
